This new series of work came about when a friend gave me a whole load of old Meccano and 00 gauge model railway track. I wasn’t going to make your traditional Meccano models of cranes and lorries etc nor did I want to produce a model railway layout with scale model houses and little people.

The first piece in this ‘anarchistic’ use of Meccano was the Anarchy Logo setting the seal on other works to follow.
